Skin Conditions
Skin conditions vary greatly in symptoms and severity. They can be temporary or permanent, and may be painless or even painful. Some are caused by environmental factors, while others may be genetic. Some skin conditions are minor, and others can be more serious.
Dry Skin
Dry skin is often rough and scaly and can feel uncomfortable and itchy.
Eczema
Eczema occurs when the skin’s natural oils are lacking. Moisture escapes from the skin and it dries and cracks, letting irritants and bacteria in, causing inflammation.
Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a chronic scaly skin condition that often runs in families. It represents a significant personal and public health challenge, affecting from one up to eight persons in a hundred in the adult population
